On June 5th, 2015, the Honorable Ambassador came to CGC base in Mali to visit the Chinese military aircraft crews. Ambassador LU briefed about the current security situation in Mali and the attack to the Chinese peacekeepers. She requested the crew remain vigilant and take due provisional counter strike measures during their stay. Ambassador LU expressed gratitude to CGC for providing assistances to the crew.
