Work scope: 1. Excavate and finish 40 km canals for a total volume of 8.05 million CBM; 2. Construct 40.8 km triple-surfacing bituminous roads; 3. Structures, including 4 float sluices, 5 conduits, 1 safety sluice and 1 conduit underneath the canal.
